As part of a poster campaign to raise awareness for a series of online courses on Mindfulness, the UK Mental Health Foundation received over “… 70 entries from some of the UK’s leading advertising and design agencies. ”

Mindfulness is specially-developed practice that uses elements of meditation, yoga, and breathing techniques to help individuals change the way they think and feel about their experiences, especially stressful ones. It has been clinically proven to help people cope with their every day stress and anxiety, preventing them from turning into more serious mental health problems
